Description
This is a second-hand, hard backed book that has been altered by adding cut, illustrated pages depicting a detailed scene in pen and ink. The overall scene is of a glade in a forest of ivy-clad trees. A woman wanders with a candle illuminating the scene. She is visiting The Dreaming Tree. The dark star-filled sky holds a crescent moon.
The book has 12 illustrated pages, six each side of the central spread detailing trees and aspects of the forest..
Open the book measures about 23cm x 30cm. It will come wrapped up inside a luxury gift box.
